Indubond PLR

InduBond PLR is a machine for registering and bonding multilayer printed circuit boards. Centering and registration of the layers is done with a mechatronic system based in artificial vision using a group of cameras that measure the shape of each layer and the alignment of the upper and lower images. That data is used by the system to compensate for distortions in the previous processes and obtain an optical registration of the layers. The InduBond PLR offers a wide combination of options to suit the degree of automation you need. After the layers are aligned, they are held in their relative positions by an induction soldered joint.
