Indubond X1

InduBond ® X1 (Standalone Station) is a solid, low friction table to move the registration tool plate with 1 next generation InduBond V3 head with PTF film protection and high pressure system up to 300PSI.

Includes 1 state-of-the-art InduBond V3.1 controller and a laser light pointer to indicate where the center of the junction location is located. The head can join / treat all standard materials and a high Tg. FR4, Rogers (4000, 3000 series), Polyimid, halogen free, etc.

It allows to join more than one assembly of multiple layers at the same time up to the maximum height of the pin, if a high production is required. A Simple and intuitive touch screen allows to set the bonding parameters.
